(OES) is a high resolution, high repeatability XY stage for such applications as: alignment, assembly, laser drilling, machining, medical, industrial, semiconductor handling, testing, scanning, and optical applications. The linear travel of the X and Y axes is 50 mm x 50mm, and the resolution of each axis is 5 microns (non-micro-step) or 0.125 microns (with 20 micro-steps per step motor driver in use), repeatability is 1.5 microns, and positional accuracy is 5 microns. The motion control PFL20 is RoHS-compliant, has a 30/60mm effective stroke, and can reach 6 N of force at 200 pps. With 24 steps per revolution, the lead screw has a 1.2mm thread pitch; the PFL20 also reaches 5V rated voltage, resistance of 33 Ohms/phase and inductance of 12mH/phase. (3.2 mm) open aperture and high force-to-size ratio. This miniature open aperture actuator is a true DC Linear Servo Motor. Quiet and clean, this non-commutated, miniature brushless servo motor features: Zero cogging and zero backlash when connected directly to a load, high acceleration/deceleration, and high speed. Measuring just 0.625 in. (15.9mm) by 0.625 in. (15.9mm) long at mid-stroke it has a continuous force rating of 5.0 oz. (1.4 N) and a peak force of 15.7 oz (4.4 N) at a 10% duty cycle.

Longmeadow, MA — Motion Control – Linear Motion – Lubricating Stainless Steel and Self-Aligning Linear Ball Bearings has never been easier! “New Design” pillow blocks and flange blocks from LM76, features a lubrication fitting, and an alignment set screw in the pillow blocks and flange blocks, and the Stainless Steel and self aligning linear bearings are modified by having an alignment flat ground on the bearings’ outer shell and drilling a hole through the outer shell.

Lubricants can then be pumped directly inside of linear ball bearing races without having to remove the bearing from the shaft. The Pillow and Flange Blocks also have been designed to accommodate an encapsulated ETX Scraper Seals that prevents contaminants from getting inside the bearing and retains the lubricant in the bearing.
