Motion Control – Van Nuys, CA – Solenoids – The S-70-300H Series of high force Push Type Tubular Solenoids has been released by Magnetic Sensor Systems (MSS). Ideal for strokes of up to 4.00 inches, this series of solenoids features 18 different solenoids to select from based on the Force, Voltage, Duty Cycle, and Stroke requirement of the user. MSS Solenoids coils typically utilize Class “F” 23 to 40 AWG (American Wire Gauge) windings with Class “A” lead wire insulation for better protection of the solenoid during longer duty cycles.

The S-70-300H Series of solenoids feature a 3.000 in. diameter x 7.00 in. long housing and a 1.75-12 UN A thread for mounting.

This series of 0.38 in. diameter solenoids features 16 standard off-the-shelf solenoids to select from based on the Voltage, Duty Cycle, Force and Stroke requirement of the user.

These miniature solenoids featuring a 0.38 in. diameter have a 0.66 in. long housing and when retracted are just 0.80 in. long.

Motion Control – Van Nuys, CA – The S-18-100 Series of Open Frame Pull Type Solenoids from Magnetic Sensor Systems (MSS) includes 18 different solenoids to select from based on the Voltage, Duty Cycle, Attractive Force (up to 100 oz) and Stroke requirements of the user. MSS Solenoid coils typically utilize 23 to 40 AWG (American Wire Gauge) windings with Class “F” insulation for better protection of the solenoid during longer duty cycles.

The S-18-100 Series solenoids are 1.000 in. wide x 0.84 in. high x 1.74 long and have a 1.00 stroke. The noncaptive plunger or actuator is 0.312 in. in diameter with a clevis end for load attachment.

Their E-22-150 Series of Tubular Electromagnets 1.5 in. in diameter x 2.15 in. feature 19 different windings to select from based on the duty cycle and holding force requirements of the application. E-22-150 Electromagnets are immediately available off-the-shelf in sample quantities and OEM quantities for Just-In-Time deliveries.

Depending on the application, duty cycle, and required force, the electromagnets in this series can supply 54 to 83 lbs. of holding force for duty cycles ranging from 100% (continuously on) to 10%. The new, compact 25.4 mm (1.000 in.) stroke SDLM-025-095-01-01M and SDLM-025-095-01-01 Linear DC Servo Actuators feature high repeatability, high acceleration/deceleration, and zero cogging! These high force-to-size Electric Cylinders have linear encoders mounted internally for closed loop servo operation. Additionally, to operate at peak efficiency, integral temperature sensors provide data to achieve the highest possible throughputs.

The clean fully enclosed SDLM-025-095-01-01M and SDLM-025-095-01-01 Servo Actuators are 25.4 mm (1.000 in.) in diameter, the housing is 95.3 mm (3.750 in.) long and the total length of the housings and shafts are 139.7 mm (5.500 in.).
