\nVan Nuys, CA – Motion Control Components – Moticont has released their OEM-00125U-01 Linear Optical Encoder Module and LS-00125U-01 Linear Scale. The compact linear encoder module measures just 51.5 mm (2.027 in.) long by 5.99 mm (0.236 in.) wide by 0.8 mm (0.073 in.) high. This high, 1.25 micron resolution, low power encoder module features TTL Quadrature Outputs and requires only a single +3.3 or +5 VDC supply.<\/span><\/p>\n

\"motion<\/a><\/p>\n

The LS-00125U-01 Linear Scale supplied is only 6 mm (0.24 in.) wide by 0.3 (0.01 in.) high and would be attached to a flat surface using PSA adhesive. The standard scale length is 76.2 mm (3.00 in.) long. The linear scale is available with lengths up to 610.0 mm (24.00 in.). The quadrature signals are output differentially. The module also features a TTL level HOME output.<\/span><\/p>\n

The OEM-00125U-01 Linear Optical Encoder Module and LS 00125U-01 Linear Scale providing direction, velocity, and position to 1.25 microns are ideal for use with Moticont\u2019s LVCM and GVCM linear voice coil motors, HVCM hollow core voice coil linear motors, and controllers. Available in OEM quantities they can also be used for in-house purpose built: Assembly, sorting, measuring, and inspection equipment.<\/span><\/p>\n
