It moves in XY-plane and rotates around the center of the XY-plane.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/oesincorp.com\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1986 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/allmotionblogger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/OES-Logo.jpg\" alt=\"motion control - stages - custom\" width=\"162\" height=\"78\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,helvetica,arial; font-size: small;\">The XYR-300-400 Alignment Stage feature linear resolutions of the X and Y axis of 1 micron resolution with a 10 micro-steps per step motor driver and static parallelism of less than 0.05 mm.<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,helvetica,arial; font-size: small;\"> Two-phase stepper motors are standard; however, servo motors with quadrature optical encoders are also available as an option for greater resolution and repeatability.\u00a0 The 8 mm diameter and 2 mm per-turn precision ball screws and preloaded V-groove and crossed roller bearings add to the high precision and stiffness of this compact alignment stage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana,helvetica,arial; font-size: small;\">The table of the stage is 300 x 300 mm and has threaded holes and a 110 x 110 mm opening for optics, cables, etc.; a solid top is available.
